2. What this site is

tubarcodealquiler.es is an informational directory of boat hire companies in Spain. It gathers public contact and location data of those companies, organised by destination, and offers general guides on hiring a boat.

The site is not a broker: it does not handle bookings, takes no commission, is not a party to any contract and has no commercial relationship with the listed companies unless expressly stated. Any contract is made directly between the user and the hire company.

3. Data sources and accuracy

Company data (name, address, phone, website, opening hours, category and ratings) comes from public sources, mainly Google Maps listings, and is refreshed periodically. The date of the last capture is shown on each listing.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or currency. Prices shown on destination pages are indicative, based on usual market ranges, and are not an offer. Always confirm conditions with the company before hiring.

If you own a listed company you may request an update or removal of your listing through the contact page or the company form. Requests are handled within 48 working hours.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, design and code of the site belong to the owner or are used under licence. Trade names, trademarks and contact data of the listed companies belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational and identification purposes.

You may quote and link to the site's content citing the source. Bulk reproduction, systematic scraping for commercial purposes and reuse of the database without permission are not allowed.

5. Third-party links

The site links to the websites of listed companies and to Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.

6. Liability

The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site's information, from errors or omissions in the data, from service interruptions or from the conduct of listed companies. Use of the site is at the user's own risk.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
