Boat hire in Andratx

Port d'Andratx is the natural harbour of south-west Mallorca and one of the most expensive marinas on the island, and its rental fleet is broad: 33 companies in the municipality, most of them in the port (13 within 500 m of the marina) and some in Sant Elm, the village opposite Dragonera island. Eight companies advertise motor yachts, four sailing boats, four no-licence boats and three skippered hire; the top-rated one has more than 600 reviews. From the harbour mouth you head for Dragonera, a nature park under 4 miles away, for the coves of Cala Llamp and Cala Egos to the south or the Tramuntana coast to the north; Santa Ponça, 9 km away, has 29 more companies.

The season runs from April to October and many companies close in winter. Andratx bay is sheltered; the Tramuntana, to the north, closes with a north wind and swell.

Indicative high-season prices from the directory's reference table, reviewed September 2026: a no-licence motorboat costs €120–250 a day; a RIB of 6–8 m, €250–650; a 10–12 m sailing yacht, €400–900 bareboat or €600–1,500 skippered; a catamaran, €1,000–2,500; a skippered motor yacht, from €900. Expect 20–40% less outside July and August. Deposits run from €300 to €2,000 and fuel is extra. Each company sets its own prices.
