Boat hire in Las Galletas

Las Galletas is the fishing village of southern Tenerife, in the municipality of Arona next to the Montaña Amarilla and the La Rasca reserve, with Marina del Sur as its harbour, and its 11 rental companies, 8 within 500 m of the marina, have the most varied fleet in the south: 4 advertise motor yachts, 2 catamarans, a sailing boat, jet skis and skippered hire; the two top-rated have more than 170 and 210 reviews. It is the quiet alternative to Puerto Colón (7 companies, 11 km) and Los Cristianos, with the same pilot whales in the channel with La Gomera a few miles out. Granadilla (Marina San Miguel, 7) is 12 km away.

You can sail all year, with peaks in summer and at Christmas. The south coast is sheltered from the trade wind; the Punta de la Rasca, to the west, marks the change to the channel with afternoon wind.
